Important information for Free Account holders

Job Mail is in the process of reorganising the structure between the Free and Premium Employer Accounts.

How will this affect our Free Account clients?

Ad Placement

Adverts placed by Free Employers, will go through a 48-hour verification process before going live for 7 days, while Premium Employer ads will receive priority verification and go live immediately.

Ad Archiving and Repeating

Free Employers will have access to their advertised vacancies under “Current Vacancies” for a period of 7 days, after which it can be advertised again if needed. Free Employers will no longer have access to archived vacancies. Premium Employers will be able to access ads older than 7 days under “Archived Vacancies” and have the ability to repeat them.

Applications and Responses

Free Employers will get applications to advertised vacancies sent to their personal email, while Premium Employers will be able to view and respond to applications from the “Applications-section” of their Premium Dashboard.

My Profile Section

Free Employers will be able to change their passwords and profile status on their Dashboard and also contact the Free Ads Supervisor to update any profile information.

Contact Details Visibility

As a premium account holder you will be able to select if you want your contact details hidden or not, whereas for a Free Account holder contact details will be hidden until a job seeker logs in or registers.
