Does age really count? Please elaborate and advise. Thank you.
It depends on the profession, but in some case age does count. If someone who is let’s say 40 years old with 20 years experience in doing something wants to apply for an entry level position, chances are that the company would much rather employ a younger person with less experience, etc.
Can you help a person who wants to be a field makerter because I want to move from being a merchandiser and go into much higher levels and learn more about this career!!
Hi Dorah – The best would be to ask someone in the industry about the route that you should take to achieve this.
