How helping Job Seekers can build your brand
You recruit and we at Job Mail make sure that you get the right candidates for your workforce. We have been offering you this great service for 14 years now and in this time we continue to make sure our platform provides you with innovative technological solutions, affordable packages and large CV database.
A couple weeks ago we asked you to be a part of our Recruiters Live campaign (some of you may remember this newsletter). We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for sending your details and agreeing to be a part of this revolutionary social expert panel. We received an overwhelming response to this campaign and we are proud to say that we are ready to rock.
To kick-off the weekly series we got Paul Jacobson the well-acclaimed New Media Lawyer to answer a couple questions on our Job Mail Facebook Page and advise young aspiring lawyers to be aware of the power of Social Media as a growing industry within South Africa.
So we ask that YOU to take up the challenge and be an expert. How you ask? Please send us your blog posts on topics that speak to job seekers needs. You can talk about the things job seekers do that annoy you, you can advise on why you don’t take a second glance at their CV and this is even the opportunity for you to emphasise the importance of spell check before you hit submit. The problem is most job seekers don’t know why they are getting rejection letters via your regret texts, so why not show them how to advance and get it right. We are giving you the platform to tell them why and advise them how to ensure they become the ideal candidate. Please send your articles to jobmaster@jobmail.co.za we look forward to your inspiring posts!
If article writing is not really your thing but you still want to help there is another alternative. You can always pop onto our Job Mail Facebook page and give them your expert knowledge by leaving a helpful comment on our comment stream. You can also contribute and grow your professional positioning by answering any questions a job-seeker may have.
This is how one recruiter took the chance to reply to a job seeker!
Together with your help let us assist in making a difference in job seekers lives by giving them the direction and assistance they need to be future leaders of South Africa.
If you have any further questions please post your comments below this post in the comment stream and the Job Mail Team will be sure to get back to you.
