    Hi , i really have a problem, I’m a qualified electrician but I’m working as a semi skilled electrician and the most painful thing is that there are some guys who were hired after me and they were hired as a cat 4 but me I was taken as a categories 3, and remember there is no interview that was done to both of us, and i feel discriminated, please advice
