      Hi Nomvula – You’ll have to confirm with this employer. If you ask me it might be better to complete your diploma cause it might open up doors for you, more than a higher certificate will.

      Hi Peter – You should be following up with recruiters once you have applied. Some of them receive up to 700 applications for a single position, so they might not notice your application right away. You need to be pro-active.
