3 more speakers worth checking out at Hello Ambassador 2014

Yesterday we informed you about the 2nd edition of Hello Ambassador which will be held at the State Theatre in Pretoria on the 17th and 18th of October 2014. This conference will feature some of the best South African creative talent over two days and conference goers can expect insightful contributions from acclaimed CEO’s, entrepreneurs, musicians and artists.

Here are another 3 speakers worth checking out at Hello Ambassador 2014:

Kojo Baffoe (Editor – Destiny Man / Entrepreneur / Writer): This remarkable individual has origins in Ghana and Germany and was raised in Lesotho. He obtained a B.Com degree from the University of Natal and has been actively involved in the retail, management consulting, publishing, events, IT and media sectors. Baffoe is currently based in Johannesburg and has also been involved in the poetry movement in Southern Africa.   He has published two collections of poetry and has been featured in publications in South Africa, Canada and Brazil.

Alessio La Ruffa (Instagrammer): This social media and WordPress guy by day, has a deep passion for Instagram photography, He has been extensively using this amazing photo app since 2010. His profile on Instagram has nearly 15,000 followers and some of his photos have been exhibited at I ART JOBURG exhibition. He also heads up the Pretoria Instagram community and has also started a small business supplying photography related iPhone accessories.

Kagiso LedigaHe’s one of South Africa’s pioneering black comedians and has given his invaluable contribution to local comedy. This South African comedy legend was born in Pretoria and studied English and Drama at the University of Cape Town. Since 1998 he has extended his talents to become an acclaimed actor, producer, writer and television presenter. Kagiso has performed in a couple of films, most notably Bunny Chow. This film (which was co-written by him) won awards at the Toronto, Los Angeles, Sydney and Melbourne Film Festivals. He also walked away with the Best Actor Award for the film at the Cape Town Film Festival.

Besides these 3 interesting speakers conference goers can also expect talks from Roger Ballen (Photographer & Artist), Abey Mokgwatsane (CEO – Ogilvy & Mather SA), Tim Horwood (Creative Director – Viacom, Channel Director – MTV Base), Mariana O’Kelly (Co-Executive Creative Director – Ogilvy and Mather SA), Michelle Constant, Michael Leslie, Uno de Waal and other insightful individuals.
